Here's one I rather like... A friend had cycled round to see me when I lived in Hebden Bridge and we were chatting in my back yard when this stunning butterfly landed on his arm and just settled there. I told him not to move and dashed into the house for my camera. I took the picture and a few seconds later the butterfly went on its way. (Note that I sneaked my pal's bike into the picture too!)

The same friend I mentioned earlier and the family were sitting just 1/5mile away from the beach, both of us watching the changing sunset. With just a few minutes to spare, we dashed down, and caught this, the best from that day!
