Are we questioning the bike's possibility of being stolen? If so, perhaps the owner is outside nearby, keeping a eye on it. If we're questioning the price and quality of the bike, I'd definitely buy it if I was still cycling....and didn't have three bikes already. It's a stand out bike, guaranteed to get admiring glances.

This is how things are done in Denmark. There are lots of stalls outside peoples houses selling things. You pay by mobile pay and take what you want.
