Full throttle?

If I'm not sweating by the time I arrive at work, I haven't tried hard enough. (Yes we have shower facilities!)

On my rest days, the same applies though I tend to have a better average speed - think thats more down to o red lights than acually travelling faster though.

Depends on what I'm riding. I always ride my fixed gear bike as fast as possible. I will always just cruise around the place on one of my vintage roadsters. The geared road bikes fall somewhere in between the two extremes. The great thing about having so many bikes is that I can pick which one suits my mood.
