If the eggs don't have those lovely slimy yellow tops, how can you get that last minute satisfaction of stabbing the yolk perched on the remaining last piece of toast???????? That over-easy thing is, frankly, quite unnatural.

The clue lies with the over EASY bit. You don't need to cook it to within an inch of its life; just enough to warm the yolk. Then it still runs the way you want.

WTF is the thing with the sprig of curly leaf parsley. Such a pointless piece of green has no place on any meal plate, least of all surfing on the thin skin holding in my runny yolk.
