I like a light breakfast, a bowl of cereal and maybe a banana and carry a banana and/or cereal bar on the ride (which I sometimes eat at the end instead). If I'm going for a fast session I like to preydrate (sip fluid before riding) and have a pasta based meal the night before.
) and a banana and a glass of juice pre ride and on the ride when we stopped I had a cereal bar and a 3/4 of a 750ml bottle of energy drink on the move.
