Front mech woes

I’ve just had a word with the next door neighbour, to siphon some fuel (petrol) from her tank tomorrow (oh oh, it brings back old days…). I’ll soak the b*gger in that for a while (over Saturday) and then see how it is on Sunday…

There’s still some movement when I move it by hand – so hopefully all will be well…

Post script:

I might also try to soak the original front mech – still under the sink and see how that goes… I’ll let you know.
