will this work with what ive got?its obv the right band size ,its a campag veloce on there just now (was the way i got it -works just about ok ,rubs a wee bit but it does shift )and i want to change it ,its sora brifters and a 105 compact chainset

in fact iv just checked again its a diff size ,i made an arse of measuring it

As its 42T (say a range of 53 to 42, 11t) I'm guessing it wont extend far enough to cover the range of a compact (typically 50 to 34, 16t). I'm only guessing though get a 2nd opinion.

its ok i made a mistake measuring it ,i measured the wrong bike lol iv put up another post with one thats the right size ,can this thread b deleted
