try adjusting the H+l screws on top of the mech, if it is rubbing on the inner plate in the big ring i would just the "h "screw by tightening it a smidge till it doesn't rub.
if it is rubbing on the inner plate on the smallest ring i would loosen the "L" screw a smidge at a time till it stops rubbing.

Have a search on Youtube, loads of vids on all makes of gears.

Basically, with the chain on big sprocket on back and small chainring on front, cage plate should clear chain by about 0.5/1mm. This is achieved by adjusting the screw marked "L".

But take a look at plenty of vids, Sheldon Brown's (RIP) site is worth a visit, and just get stuck in

Cheers.it rubs on the inside on the middle ring

Sounds like you need to adjust your mech barrel adjuster if you have one and stop it pulling a smidge towards your big ring 1st.

Just a thought?
what gear at the back is it rubbing occurring on? if you get rubbing and you have the chain at an extreme angle ..
