If this is going to be a 'one-off' ride for a couple of hours each way, and you don't want to spend a fortune, try an ordinary torch for about £3.99 and tape it to the handlebars with a few loops of selotape.

The weather forecast for Xmas day is dry.

If you already have a hand torch in the house, then a couple of feet of selotape will hold it to the handlebars.

No need to spend more than a fiver.

I think the 15 minute battery life might be a bit restrictive for most rides, especially if you take time out to cook your breakfast with it.
You might like to consider this light instead. Not as bright (3400 lumen vs 4100), but it lasts a more useful 2 hours.
