Front light for aero section bars

OK, so I finally managed to find a design of drop bars that suits my wonky arm. But I've hit a slight snag, the centre section has a blade/aero profile rather than round with no space left even by the stem...so I'm struggling to find a decent front light/mount combination (400+ lumen) that will work. Any ideas folks? Needs ideally to be something I can remove easily enough when not needed.

I use the generic chinese ebay ones with my aero bars they fit on fine as they mount using a rubber band
