Ok so my 2021 Giant TCR Pro 1 developed a very noisy front brake around 6 weeks ago.

I removed the pads (K04S metal) and they looked contaminated, tried everything to cure it,burning, sanding etc, including the disc, nothing worked.

So I bought a set of L05A resin pads, sanded and cleaned the disc with IPA, and fitted.

I’ve done a 40 mile ride and another 30mile ride to bed pads in and I still have the noise, not as bad but under heavy braking it’s noisy.

I’ve ensured the calliper isn’t dripping fluid (it isn’t)

Do you think the disc is possibly warped?

Or am I being impatient? Should I expect some noise whilst the pad beds into the disc?

Similar sought of thing with mine earlier in the year...contemplated throwing the bike over the sea wall a couple of times.Gave up,gave it to a mechanic who changed the leaky caliper.Ever so small leak was the cause.

I’ve jammed the calliper on overnight to see if I can see any leak from the pistons.
