Nice to hear your store didn't try to sell you something you didn't need it can be hard to find a good honest L B SJust a quick update.
Went into Halfords and left it with them they called to say it didn't need a new derailleur so once again I am proven to be an idiot........
Anyway they cleaned the drivechain and everything up and tuned the gears and its as good as new and sparkling for £14 so can't complain.......

I was having problems with my rear Derailleur high gear it kept throwing the chain off of the crank sprocket took it in to my L B S they tuned it for me while i waited and no charge happy days.
