Looking for a bit of advice regarding my front derailleur, as of this morning I am unable to change from middle ring to big ring on the front without difficulty.

Is this due to cable stretch and if so, am I ok to just pull a bit more cable through the bit in the picture attatched?

Many Thanks,

Generally you can sort cable stretch by adjusting (turning it anti-clockwise) the barrel adjuster on the front gear cable outer. The adjuster is usually on the left shifter for a flat bar bike, and somewhere on the frame, usually on the head tube or downtube, for a drop bar bike.

But unless you are experienced, the surest cure is to check with and follow this step by step.

As my bike has internal cabling, there is no barrel adjust for the front gears, only the rear

What I would suggest, if there is no barrel adjuster where the cable enters the frame, is to shift the front mech onto the smallest ring (at which point you should see a bit of cable slack if "cable stretch" is actually the problem), loosen the clamp bolt on the front mech and tighten it after having taken up the slack (by pulling on the cable gently with a pair of pliers).
