The person who fixed it said it should be alot closer, but it still works. He also said it may be the wrong type for the bike, but you have to work with what you've got.

I have to admit that I don't know much about mountain bikes or any bikes other then a road bike. But having said that, that front mech just looks so wrong, like it doesn't belong to that bike.

You might be able to rotate the front mech a bit, that might stop it touching the back wheel.

Its already been rotated and fixed, but the person who fixed it said it may not belong to the bike, but I have to work with what I've got.
