Shite sleep despite a decent night in the pub, at least the hounds have had a decent walk. Hot tub with a cuppa and work interruptions. Gym for a swim and a sauna with peg leg, then pack van and pick running wife 1 up, get to the campsite, gentle run and cider, then running wife 2 should turn up, out for a meal and probably run for me and I imagine an early night for those two

Was well rattled knees-wise after yesterday's yellow rattle plug plants installation. A nice cold Hommelbier (stocks are running low, thankfully the Easter offer Sirens are en route) chilled me out, followed by an early night, else would have been asleep in the chair...

Still partially sunny and dry here, more garden fettling and propagation should keep me busy enough. Nice to see the hedge sparrows gang back in action around the feeder, was v quiet over the winter months for some reason.

Dull as f*ck here. Day 3 of Mrs W healthy living regime and I’ve lost a couple of pounds despite hitting the chocolate digestives after yesterdays ride. Maybe they didn’t count as I ate them the wrong way. We were going to go to the garden center but apparently some farmers off loaded all his hay bales in to road. So that’s now not happening.

Decent night out in town with my cousin and her OH, a fair bit of steak and red wine was consumed. Head a tiny bit fuzzy, but it's Friday.

Quite busy with a few deals today but I'll lean on the minions to help out. Good news was that we finished the year with a decent result, so bonuses are still on. Yay. In the meantime, need another coffee...

Yes, the Dunnocks were noticeable by their (apparent) absence. Now the birds are getting fed twice a day as they must be shagging land nest building lots.
