I wear my lard on the inside. Find it more effective that way

It's a bit more complicated than that...
 It's shite here at the moment. I was hoping it was a Welsh thang...
After a glorious late evening yesterday (low sun shining underneath lowering black clouds and a glowing rainbow) it was pissing it down all day in Henley. It's now pissing it down in Buckinghamshire. On the drive home my car thermometer was registering 13 degrees.

Despite Simon's reassurance that the route was sheltered we scratched yesterday. We will come out to play on the route to Brighton instead - can someone order clear skies for July, please?

Last night's rainbow. A good one in that it was definitely a picture book arc. Rain Gigs again... and this time we're all in it together!
You need a drink Adrian.

To be fair, it usually is.

Hmmmm. I'm just approaching Reading, and it's looking vile out there. Either I'm just witnessing God's judgement on Winnersh (long overdue) or... and here the terrible truth dawns on me... the weather is NO BETTER in the South East! What is the meaning of this?!

You're going to get wet.

You could at least put some kind of spin on it. I was a station premature. I forgot about Didcot, which I used to think of as pointless until I found out that Jonesy gets on there. But God seems to hate it anyway, although probably not as much as Winnersh.
