Having hovered, even hankered about doing one of these rides ..... I'm interested ... is there a route available anywhere please - I just like to know what I'm in for! (and the real reason is to check out the slopes and reality of riding the fixed)

There is no set route, Delzeqq reserves the right to change it at any point and time during the ride.
Southend is very do-able fixed. There is only one hill of note, Bread and Cheese hill... the rest of it.... pffft.
