I take meloxicam for the inflammation bit.
Ooh that's good stuff. Not cheap though!

Put handles on the bidon? and knock another question out...put a bidon in your handbag, thus reducing the quantity of questions by one.
two questions...
Ok that's three questions
- how best to attach a handbag to Rhubarb (S-type brommie)
- what colour handbag to go for
- what does the long distance brommie rider do about carrying drinks bottles?
Doh!What colour ? Obvious innit ? Custard yellow !
I'd like to think I'm roughly the same size as a horse. Fnaar fnaarEspecially at horse doses! It used to be quite hard to get it on the NHS. It has less side effects than naproxen and ibuprofen, v good stuff!

ssshhhhh - if you're on the list people will think it's a la mode, and sign up.........I've just noticed that I'm still on the list for this ride, but I can't do it. I'm driving to the IoW on the Saturday for the randonnee on the Sunday - no matter how I try to plan it there just won't be enough time to get home and sleep first ... gutted!
I love this ride too, it was my first one last year.
A trigger shifter? Lawksamercy how vay 20th century!men! You simply hook it over the handlebars outside of the gear changer.
I may have to pack a Tiller Cycles chain tensioner, the current one just does not fill one with confidence.1825569 said:Extreme modders can go with the zip tie option.
