Nay TMN - they start from the moment you decide to do it. We have a complete two months and umpteen pages of CC to contemplate the rain, the wind or not the rain or wind, the breakfast, the after breakfast and the oblivion to follow. Nearly nine weeks of wit and the witless to get through. Why the ride is a mere 8 hour appendage. Icing on the cake. Or on one memorable Southend ride - ice in the bottle.
