I've decided am doing this ride over a birthday party as things are still up in the air there and i've put my foot down, so, am all yours.

You'll be giving yourself the bumps if you do this... and, as m'learned lady says - put your foot down quickly - too slow and you'll be banned from remotely looking like you are riding a zebra crossing for six months. (Nice bike Davy - didn't know Spesh made it in a lady's size...)

Are you sure your Doctor will allow you to ride slowly enough? Apparently there's an extra loop for the speedies - you should probably do it twice, just to save those knees...

The "patella tendonitis" is pretty much given now as an all clear, of which am very happy with. Just one niggly bit left now, the result of an hamstring injury years ago thats still effecting the knee area, but am happy at pushing the mileage so bring it all on. Even thinking about cycling back and going for the double ton... but I am of the greedy kind.

Martlets paid for a week, and some numpty in Metro Towers keeps on pressing the repeat button. We've had three free weeks.....and it's by far the biggest generator of registrations.
