We are spoilt for choice; One of the greatest lyricists of the 20th century and composer of world standing.
However no one would eVer call him a great singer.
Therefore nearly every cover is better than the original

There are a couple of others that Dylan does well, Lay Lady Lay and Blowin' in the Wind come to mind, but then you listen to say Joan Baez, who did a double album of Dylan songs, and nearly all of them are better than the original
