Use your 20% dis to upgrade the wheels , simples. The wheels spin well on the bikes my family have. Can’t say what they ride like but while hanging from the ceiling I regularly spin the wheels and they take an age to come to a stand still plus the valve is always at the bottom.

The model is 2015. I'm guessing it's old stock they're looking to shift cheap. I've checked the spec against the 2017 model and not a huge amount has changed.
