Bought one of these, £8 + postage. The picture on the website doesn't show the full tool so I imagine its not a good seller, but it does come with a chain splitter.
My pictures are below this one, you also find a hidden spoke key and chain helper attached to a magnet inside the tool.

That tool is definitely a good price but to be honest I wouldn't consider a chain tool without a tight link loosener.
