I think that might be one in the picture on the card in the top sleeve. It looks very similar to the Birzman Navigator that Half-odds cleared out for £9 a few years ago, where the velcro on the top sleeve has a folding expander arrangement so it can take a phone almost the full size of the window.

I had something similar. Found it leaked around the zip in the driving rain, so I had to move the phone to a plastic bag in really appalling conditions.

Not a reason not to buy it, of course.
