Best quality and value for money around if I hadn't bought 2 pairs last winter I'd be buying a couple of pairs too.

Not familiar with overshoes at all as never considered them. Do they just simply fit over any footwear? I just wear astro turf trainers. Are these any better than the Ridge ones from Halfords?

Yep, they fit over the top and block all the vents in cycling shoes to keep your feet warm! No experience of the halfords ones I'm afraid but these re good

Might want to consider these http://www.tweekscycles.com/cycling-clothing/overshoes/sealskinz-lightweight-enclosed-overshoes overshoes too. I prefer these to neoprene ones. Bought a pair last winter & liked them so much bought a spare pair, but not had to use them yet

I bought what seemed a reasonable quality zipped ones (Boardman) from Halfords in January, on their 2nd outing the zip broke, which is why Velcro ones IMHO are superior. Halfords to their credit refunded me when I was able to prove when I bought them.

The Velcro closure on the Planet X overshoes is so much easier than the struggle with zips on others. You also get a snug fit.

Which is nice, as often the bargains are in sizes XXS and XXL only

I have one of these in red and it's a great Spring / Autumn weight jersey. Well worth it at a tenner.

This arrived today. Got to say that I'm struggling to see £95 in it, but I'm happy enough at what I've paid.
