I don't. None of my gloves from last autumn have survived a year without some stitching failure. The lights in next week's offer look like another bunch of legally-insufficient shoot. Lidl is still well ahead of them on everything except branded stuff like GT85.

You did well, the last gloves I got from Aldi leeched colour all over my handlebar tape in a shower and the stitching started to come apart on the second wear!
Customer Services ignored my first email and were useless when I got back in touch.

Curious. I have found aldi excellent on returns. No quibbles, no need for a "fault" as such. I once stupidly bought a wrong size of duvet from them, didn't realise until i had torn apart all the wrapping, they took it back no probs even though they could no longer sell it apart from as shop-soiled.

They eventually stated that the gloves could be returned for a full refund (£3.99, I think - didn't bother), but refused to even discuss the ruined white bar tape that had only been on the bike for a couple of weeks (and for which I'd supplied several photos and the receipt).
Still, their choice and I'm quite content to take my business elsewhere.

0% finance paying £40 a month for 18 months based on a £80 deposit? I don't think you can say fairer than that, do it, before I do.

Excellent deal , will decide over the weekend , geometry is putting me off a little , trying to find out the size of the spacers below the stem so I can set my bike up the same as the Supersix to see what it is like , head tube is 25mm smaller than current bike so bit worried the position of the handlebars will be to low .

Now is this worth a look? I would need to go and sit on the bike, but according to the online size guides for someone 183cm tall, around 90cm inner leg a 59cm frame may be an ok fit?

also as it's 2014 they may be agreeable to an offer? would this be a step up from my Boardman Hybrid?

If it's not a great deal I will wait for Jan sales and play the lottery that a Merida Ride 300 in my size is available.

Not sure about the Merida but I find the best deals are round about now as the 2017 bikes come out and they try to flog off the 2016 ones .
