Not a mega mega bargain and you will have to pay postage if you don't order enough stuff, but I can recommend this for anyone looking for a clip-on mudguard. I used one permanently on a bike that lost the ability to mount a "normal one". Solid, easy to fit. easy to take off if you want to. Stops mud.

Sjs cycles have randonneur hypers at 15.99 and Randonneurs at 11.99.

Understanding what Vitorria call their tyres is almost as difficult aw working out which Scwalbe Marathon is which but, I think the hypers are the old version of what is now the Voyager hyper. At least I hope so, as I just ordered a couple.

This looks like the bike winch I bought from Maplin while ago. If you've space and a sturdy ceiling, it's a quicker and easier alternative to a work stand for most things, as long as you're not in the habit of clattering into the bike. I didn't realise they weren't available in store (either ordinarily or click-and-collect). I'll watch out for that next time, as I think that ends up a few pounds dearer than Maplin sold them for, too.
