I wonder if these will be able to fit my Hybrid. Though my hybrid has only 8 gears. I think the bike might work as a nice little upgrade project - switch out the groupset for a 105 or Tiagra

Unfortunately Wiggle won't price match these (I tried) as they offer the newer 21mm rim depth model. Ribble are selling (the presumambly older) 25mm versions which would also explain the difference in weight listed on the 2 sites as well.

Maybe I was lucky, although the Ribble description says 25mm, I cannot find any information on an older set that fits that spec

They did for me - I got the 21mm ones from Wiggle for £159.95
Now just waiting for my Schwalbe G-One tyres to have a play with tubeless!

I can't decide whether to keep the existing wheels (Vision Team 30) so that in I can have a separate set ready to go (eg in winter I can keep them fitted with ice tyres) on the basis that changing wheels is quicker than changing tyres.

Tried my luck again this afternoon with Wiggle's Price Promise and this time they accepted it so my order has now been placed.

So the lesson is if you get refused first time around it may be worth trying again depending on the reason for refusal.
