Halfords have continental race inner tubes for £2.99. 60mm stem, although my local one didn't have them to fulfil my order so they gave me the 42mm for the same price (£6.99 normally)

And British cycling discount so 3 tubes a smidge over £8

"Free" set of Halfords LED bike lights, worth £12.49 (although the website currently lists them as reduced to £9.99) with a voucher from the Mail on Sunday TODAY (06/12/2015).

Well worth having as back up lights for nowt (technically the cost of the paper, but the paper also has a £5 Robert Dyas voucher in too, so you might use that as well?), but I doubt that many of us would have paid £12.49 for them... ;)

The voucher also includes a further 15% off other cycle accessories purchased at the same time.
