Just tried mine out on a wee spin about town. Very pleased. It's so nice to make the step up to genuinely good quality gear after years of Lidl and Aldi. Not that I'm knocking those two, I still have drawers full of base layers and the likes, but this jacket beats my other 4 cheap efforts hands down.

Was looking to try my new jacket and new felt 29er out tonight too but it's currently below freezing and has been sleeting, snowing during the day. Very crunchy outside. Think I'll wait to try out the new stuff until weekend.

emailed leckies yesterday to check if they had a black medium in,replied yes , i sent an email this morning asking to send me invoice, that arrived bout 1pm this afternoon so payed by 2pm so just see how long it takes. nice early christmas present to myself....

Looking forward to receiving my verium jacket.

You have to hand it to leckies, not only did they get them in as they said, but kept the price the same ev though they must have realized how far the word had spread. All credit to him.

And to those shops calling up and moaning, maybe they should try negotiating with the manufacturers as they did and stop wasting their breath.

Next time I'm passing by, I might call in on the strength of this.

Fair play to Jim and his staff, I hope there a bonus in it for them.

Seems to me that they buy in bankrupt & over stock. Fair play to them for sticking to their word (and keeping their profit margin) but I'm struggling to see how they 'negotiated with the manufacturers'.

Tony.

Hi, you will get an email, top left link says pay this invoice, follow the instructions.

Fantastic service from this company, paid yesterday, got jacket today.
For the ladies: I'm a size 10, got medium, it's a great snug, flattering fit, tried it on with a baselayer and a t-shirt.
Sleeves are a bit on the long side, being it a man's jacket, but don't flap because of the elasticated wrist fitting.

AFAIK you can either register a card with Paypal or when they send the invoice you can choose to pay by any credit/debit card without registering it.
