Their contact page has a reference to phone lines being open during times based on EST (even though they appear to be UK based?). It also does not actually give the number.... Looks a bit iffy, if you ask me. Then again, perhaps I am just cynical.

No phone number on the website, no company details, smells fishy to me.
If something arrived after an order I suspect that it would not be genuine, that is if it arrived at all.

I bought a pair, then about ten seconds later decided that at such a good price I'd buy another couple of packs and wear them instead of the cheapo ASDA socks I wear casually. When I tried to buy the extras the transaction fell over
