Worth noting LIDL have their eneloop hybrid rechargeable type batteries in Thursday.

£2.99 for 4 AAA or AA, 2 C or D. . Highly rated so assuming no manufacturer change, you cant go wrong.

Cheers - got stock in Manchester Market Street. Will bob in tomorrow morning.

Glad it wasn't my money I used to buy one of these for my old fella on Sunday!

Here's the CPW LINK for anyone wanting one, (or two)

I have the Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet myself, and the Tab 2 is very similar, but at this price I'd have got the Tab 2 instead TBH.

Wish I had £390 spare, I'd grab two myself.

Can you believe this. They have put the price up to £239 today:cursing:

They probably realized that they were to cheap by the way most of their stock sold in like 10 mins, they have done things like that before in the past. I once got a palm type windows personal organizer that was supposed to be nearly £300 for £99 from CPW and the entire stock sold out in about 3 mins before they realized they may have sold them a bit to cheap.

I am still quite annoyed that I didnt get some more, I only bought 2 as I thought I would leave some for someone else, well the guy behind the counter had other ideas and bought all the rest and I imagine they will be making a guest appearance on ebay in the near future :cursing:

They have a 2 item policy. If that was a member of staff he should be reported.

Bummer  It's still a bargain at £188 after cash back to be fair, but you've got the hoops to jump through and the waiting time to get the £50 back, and then you'll always have that bitter after taste of what could have been!

I saw the two item policy online too. I assumed it applied in store too, seems not though.

Well I am getting phone calls from lots of people wanting tablets so I know what you mean, if I had bought a dozen I could probably have sold them all in a couple of days but I didnt want to hog them all as its xmas but on reflection I might as well have just bought them all

Well, I suppose I still have until the end of the year to buy one, and I am not limited to CPW now.

I know they have a 2 item policy online, but yesterday I could have bought their entire stock and they were quite happy to sell me as many as I wanted, or are you talking about just the staff.

I thought you meant the staff actually bought more than 2 of them for themselves?

Yes one guy bought 3 of them but I dont think there is a limit in store anyway.

This happens in a lot of stores, I know a certain high street PC Store were buggers for doing it. I once picked up a Mac Book Pro with something like £400 off and there was only 1 you should have seen one of the staff members face when I turned up with a collect from store and he missed it  allegedly he used to pick up all the mac bargains and sell them off for a profit.
