They look waterproof so I don't know why they have the rain cover - guess I'll soon find out with all this rain we're having! ;-)
The front and rear panels are a woven material and the lining is just nylon(?) so maybe not fully waterproof. Then again the rain cover is the same material and so no more nor less waterproof.
Perhaps it is just to keep dirty spray off them.

My son & I were in local large supermarket beginning with a T yesterday.

He decided to buy a 650ml water bottle & cage, marked up at £8.00.

When it went through the till, though, it was discounted to £4.03.

Every little helps !

ProBikeKit are selling the Red/Black premium Garmin 500 for £224, cheaper than a lot of places, but if you use the code PARCEL10 it will go down to £201. Their current code for 10% off EXTRA10 does not work with Garmin products as they are excluded.
This will also bring the price of the standard 500 to £144

I missed the delivery of mine, wonder if its too big to go pick up on my bike :O

How big is the parcel it came in? Id much rather pick mine up on my bike, but im worried theyve put it in a box the size of a washing machine with 10 buckets of fake wotsits :O

I thought the first post was a joke, I hadn't considered the big box problem

Mine just came in a thin plastic bag.
