Not sure if it's just a local deal, but the Aldi near me has loads of heart rate monitors (watch + chest strap) for £8.99.

Found in the Yorkshire hills ...
This seems to be a decent price; San Marco Phobos bike seat - the XCY purple and black one - for £12.28 delivered instead of £59.99

So much so I've bought one for the MTB. Yes mine's black, white and red but I'm sure the purple will be OK.

Don't know if this qualifies in the bargain section or not but, Stainless Automotive Fasteners stock every conceivable size of machined metric stainless steel screw you could want for a bicycle, excepting the really specialised shoulder-type bolts used as brake pivots, and at a very reasonable price.
Admittedly, their website could do with a bit of a sort as the titles down the left-hand side of the page are very hard to read as they run into one another, but as well as bog ordinary hex socket head cap screws (allen bolts to you) they do reduced-size ones which has the head from the bolt the size down on the next size up (M5 head on an M6 bolt) which are great for fitting into the pocketed holes one finds in handlebar-to-stem clamps etc. They also sell screws with half-height heads so they don't stick out as far, and most important for me washers which are the same diameter as the bolt heads, again essential for fitting into pocketed holes.
I realise they are not anodised (there are places that will do this for you) or polished (get the right abrasive products, job done) and they aren't as light as titanium, but once I'd added up the Ti weight-saving and realised it was in the order of 40 grammes (around the weight of a car key and fob, possibly less) and the horrendous cost of same I went down this route. Give 'em a try.

Re-visit to this post. Received my order last Wednesday after contacting them to ask where it was (ordered 25th May). I had given them the benefit of the doubt over the jubilee period but got the feeling from the e-mails that it had been 'stuck at the bottom of a pile'. Anyhoo no complaints, one cautionary note, the reduced diameter washers they sell don't always come out the same diameter as the screw head, meaning that on some of the applications where the screw fits into a recessed hole (handlebar-to-stem, stem to steerer tube etc) the washer is too large and wont fit in the hole, so I ended up re-fitting old cleaned-up washers, not ideal. When I get time I'll make use of the lathe at work and make some from stainless bar and, in their defence, I believe S.A.F. did state a maximum size the washers would be which was slightly larger than the bolt heads but I though I'd take a chance. Still think it was worth it though, bike looks nice and rust-free again

This is exactly the same as the Lidl repair stand but a little more expensive. As I remember it was £30 when I got mine last year. I use mine to clean and set up our bikes regularly.

Edinburgh Bicycle Cooperative Bike Week bonus 15% off bikes, clothing and accessories, Friday 22 June - Monday 25 June (so just a week-end bonus really ).

Their own-brand Revolution stuff can be good value.

Anyone know when the next Lidl and Aldi sales are please?
(kicking myself I missed the last Aldi one, and didn't get the toolkit at Lidl despite eyeing it up.)

Must say I'm loving my Crivit jerseys, especially the big pockets at the back.
