And tubular, so I will have to buy a new set of tyres. And why would you have carbon wheels on an aluminium bike?

Too late, it's been sold already.
Carbon wheels offer deep section and stiffness often at a reasonable price.
However, these were not deep section and not with a known hub. Also, being tubular they carried a possible bigger risk on the road since you would need to carry a spare pre-taped tyre rather than just a tube. That's why I didn't press the 'buy now' at £100.
At £100 they were a very good price. But in a limited market for someone who might do hillclimbs or very hilly races.
