One squeeze and the gel is gone.
I've started eating proper foods now. Easy on the bike. Gels best for runners.

Is there a typo here and postage is free for over £50 and not £5? It was coming up with the postage fee when I tried to check out with 1 box

Follow the link and at the top of the page it says free delivery over £50. Understandable really as gels are fairly heavy but low value.
