I'm also not quite sure of the order they go up the border with Wales, which doesn't help.
Shropshire is big. Cheshire is easy for me, but it's a bit harder since Greater Manchester and Merseyside got invented and took bits off Lancashire too. I think Herefordshire is one a lot of people would struggle with tbh.
