FYI I've just measured mine and it comes in at;

Seat tube 64cm
Top tube 58cm
Head tube 21cm

FWIW I'm 6' 5" and have 16cm of seatpost showing as well.

Size would be fine for you - I'm about 6-4 and ride a 25.5" Galaxy with 100% comfort

Only question I would ask is what the tubing is ... Dawes made a couple of real gas-pipe models that were very heavy and unresponsive - the lugs look ominous ..... - and bear in mind you'll need to find some threaded forks with a loooong steerer tube.

I wasn't thinking straight as it's designed for drop bars, I should have know the TT would be too short, I'd be looking in the 640mm range.
