Cheers guys - it went well other than my GPS failing (as well as a few wrong turns) and I think I was a few miles short of the target, but I learnt a lot....
I didnt need to eat half the food I took
I drank well, but on reflection could have drank more - got through 4 and a half 750ml bottles.
I stopped to eat drink each 16 miles but only stopped for approx 4 to 5 mins - I feel I would benefit from stopping longer on a couple of those occassions.
I don't like gels at all - tried 2 and they were nowhere near as good as eating normal grub.
