Folding v "normal" bike for commuting?

Tried second hand, but not found the right thing in the right place..

The Decathlon bike is slightly lighter, cheaper and for me has the number of reviews which allow you to consider them in your decision (the majority positive). The Decathlon folder would be my choice.
