It wasn't how i imagined, having just watched it. I had visions of Cadel patiently sitting in Kirchens wheel. Waiting. And Waiting. For the moment when Kirchen would sit-up and wave him through.

At one point Cadel was at the front, which came as a real shock to me, and probably to him.

Good watching, despite the conditions...poor sod who misjudged his speed on one of the last corners (CSC rider - don't know who).

It's belting it down here today, and on my commute I was thinking "Just like the Fleche Wallone...." An exciting race, even on the tiny live feed from RTL
