My last strava ride was just flagged..

Why and by whom I have no idea.

It was a 10 mile ride on my turbo trainer, nothing special. The top/average speed is a bit high because I hadn't set the resistance quite right, other than that, I can't see an issue.

Bizarre. Are people really that bothered/bored that they have to flag mediocre performance rides?

10 miles on a turbo trainer. That's good. Last time I used a turbo trainer I think I traveled all of an inch .....................along the floor. ;)

You're on the cycle chat group aren't you? You can sort by average speed.

Change it to a workout rather than a ride.

Do people use Strava on a turbo?

Strava isn't all about segments, KOM's and speeds.
I want to know how my fitness is improving. I can do this using the heart rate data. The longer I stay in certain zones, cadence, speed etc.

That's why strava has an option for trainer rides!

I need to adjust the resistance, as obviously I'm riding far too fast, I average 15.7mph at an average cadence of 70-80 ish usually on the road, so need to try and match the resistance to get near that.

I set it to stationary trainer, is there an other option?

Because I was expecting an important phone call from my solicitor which I didn't want to miss, but still wanted to get some exercise done. My bike lights haven't arrived yet, so I couldn't go out after the phone call was eventually received because it was getting dark.

That and it was freezing cold and peeing with rain.

Because not everybody wants to ride in the cold, wet, dark nights - i applaud the ones that do though.
