Fizik Saddle Fail

Probably an isolated incidence, do not worry to much! Even if it did fail in this way (which it 99% wont), you won't be hurt! You wont even be stranded as you can still ride it for a short while to get home. I wouldn't continue using it though as there will be undue stress on the parts where the rails join the saddle, but seriously, it is not a catastrophic failure. Just an inconvenience.

Quote the Sale of Goods Act to the dealer who supplied your saddle. Unless your saddle was mis-used then you could have a claim for as long as 6 years from the date of purchase..

Fiziks are a relatively well known company, I suspect their customer service may see you through, even after three years! If not, I personally wouldn't find it an issue after that length of time anyway.
