Just fitted a sram pg1070 11 to 32 cassette to my 2014 model ally synapse disc model.
Didnt require new derailleur or even a new chain .also worked with no adjustment to screws.
Surprisingly I seem to be climbing quicker.
Certainly going to help on big hill /tired legs combination.
Also will be a little faster before spinning out when descending.
standard cassette was 12/30.
I am not noticing the bigger steps on each gear change so very happy .
