Same here Steve. I'm packing 17st at the moment and around 6ft so need to drop a few pounds. 2-3 times a week on the turbo with a longer ride at the weekend will soon get rid of it.
I'm starting to training for a triathlon so the swimming and running will only help with my core strength aswell as my hands ache whilst on the hoods
