First Sportive and Flapping

Ladies only at Leeds (Otley) in June 80km, to get me ready for the Beverley Big G 100km in July.

Ladies only? That sounds really cool! Are there any other ladies only ones about, do you know?

I'm doing my first proper sportive this weekend, me and the bike are as ready as they'll ever be, and I'm aiming to travel light (I'm used to lugging around a load of stuff like locks, pumps, spare parts etc,). I've got one tube and a repair kit, and a co2 cartridge, but no where to keep a pump on the bike, how do other people like to carry their pump?

I've solved that one, I've bought a pocket sized pump this morning, it might take an eternity to pump up a tyre with it, but it fits in a jersey pocket.
