First Road Bike Ride Done

Congrats. I am just getting back into riding myself after not being on a bike really in 20+ years. Besides a really sore butt ( I do plan on changing saddle) I think things are going well and really enjoying it. I entered the Great Cycle Challenge next month which helps raise money for kids with cancer. I may not do very well compared to season pro's but I am super excited to see how well I can do and really push myself.

Hi all,

Well I am still riding around 3 x 20 to 25 miles a week now and Yesterday and Today have done another 25 miles each day LOL. Still finding the first 5 miles hard going but once I get into it I am fine and don't have any issues apart from hills but I keep going. Oh and a snapped spoke yesterday and a puncture today

Also riding the Ride London 46 as well soon.
