You know here well.
Mrs Norm was a local to you, before I snatched her away to the bright lights of... Windsor and Maidenhead. We're down that way plenty, partly because the outlaws live in Aldwick and partly because it's good biking roads.

But mostly, until a few years back, because of the White Horse and Chilgrove.

My outlaws use to live there, Hornbeam Close. Plus Mrs Jogger does want to eat in Chilgrove but it's now called The Fish House. Also worth a try is The Star & Garter at East Dean. Oh dear sorry OP

Not far at all, Herself's grandparents lived on Craigwell Lane so were pretty much neighbours.

The Outlaws are now over near Queens Fields, having moved from Nelson Road a few years ago. Our first "date" was lunch at what is now Number 31 (on the junction where Nyewood Lane crosses the Aldwick Road) and Mrs Norm and I got married in Pagham.

It's a shame that the White Horse has gone but it was pretty inevitable once Barry left, and that must be close to 10 years ago. Used to love going there on the motorbikes, a dozen scruffy-assed bikers turning up and getting greeted like family when we walked in. :becool:
