I use these dust caps on my Dura Ace 1st gen

They appear out of stock but they are usually on eBay

tah, i've seen those on ebay and was umming and rrring...so will give those a go. cheers for the heads uo

ps. this bike may look smooth but it is making numerous noises! The front wheel (recently serviced) sounds like it is a bearing short, as I can here the bearings clicking? Common? When i first jump on bb seems to creak this tends to dissipate after a mile or two though? But there is still a little noise coming form it under strain!

My other two road bikes are silent as mice compared to this...Going to treat it so some lube overnight to see if that cures the bb issue. If not looks like a trip to the shop.
