Don't forget to talc your tube before fitting (search Mickle's tips for "why") and line the label on the tyre up with the valve stem: not only does it look "pro" (and therefore "cool") but you'll easily be able to check the relevant part of the tyre once you've found the p*.

I had a premature deflation at lunch time, appears to be a faulty valve.
